The 37th edition. The programme and ticket presales opened on 21 October: tickets cost €7.30, or €5.50 for under-25s and over-65s, with 10–20% off sets of six or more bought online by 10 November. Screenings run in Cankarjev dom's Linhart and Kosovel Halls, Kinodvor, the Slovenian Cinematheque, Kino Bežigrad, Kino Šiška and the AGRFT Hall, with Cankarjev dom's Second Foyer as the festival hub and box office.

The 23rd edition. Kinodvor co-produces the festival, lists its venues as Kinodvor, the Slovenian Cinematheque, the Old Power Station (Elektro Ljubljana) and +MSUM, and hosts the festival's hospitality desk every festival day. Ljubljana Tourism lists about 35 separately dated dinners, tastings, workshops and street events for 1–30 November, one of them in Medvode. Saturday 14 November has three free-entry events in the center. Each ticketed event has its own booking terms; the festival is not a daily event.

The season opens with the lights switch-on at Prešernov trg on 27 November, 17:00–17:30. The Christmas market runs 27 November–3 January on Breg, Cankarjevo nabrežje, Prešernov trg, Kongresni trg, Stritarjeva ulica and Pogačarjev trg and at Ljubljana Castle, whose festive fair stays open to 6 January. Stall hours are not published yet; concerts and New Year events have their own listings.

Checked Sundays run to 22 November, when the market moves to Congress Square for the festive fair, plus 27 December, also at Congress Square. The listing's dated entries for 29 November–20 December still say Breg, so those Sundays wait until the location is clear. Purchases cost extra.
