Friday food-market rule
The organizer’s official FAQ (opens in a new tab) says Open Kitchen runs at Pogačarjev Square every sunny Friday through the end of October, normally from 10:00 to 22:00. It can be cancelled when the forecast is rainy, and there are no reservations.
Crowds and value
The Ljubljana Festival continues through 8 September, and the free Sports Festival falls on 5 September. Central rooms and specific performances can still draw demand.
The Coffee Festival is listed for 26–27 September. Conferences and other newly announced events can also change room prices without making the whole city feel crowded.
